So much for me telling you to be optimistic. Dude, chill out. Girlfriends aren't all there is to life. Though, I wouldn't know. I'm a girl, but you gotta take a chill pill. I know it probably sucks right now, but trust me, this will blow over with time. There's nothing like time to heal your wounds.

I don't know if this helps, but whenever I'm stressed or pissed off, I go running. I don't know, but it kind of gets your blood flowing and it feels good.

Yea, well, he's young and in love. Hopefully, he will eventually learn that you can not use another person to define yourself. Life and love are so much more interesting and enduring if you realize you are a whole person. A relationship of two whole people is a joy and an adventure.

And a week is nothing. My love has been gone for 11 years.
